24 hours later, a part of me thinks I was crazy for doing so, because I was silly enough to say sure to another request...In public.
Right now, I have 4 requests pending, 1 or 2 more possible, and 1 in reserve for when my technology catches up to what needs to be done. In fact, one of the possibles is the Community Manager, Phoxe, which really got to me. I mean, Phoxe has all those game artists at fingertips (or, at least Speed Dial) and I'm the one that gets asked.
Now, I just need to find a way to advertise it a bit better, lay down the ground rules, and give people better options.
As an aside, I don't know who's happier about this, actually. I was talking to

Can't wait to see what magic you whip up!
Best of luck on your work, don't forget to charge them for your time and expense, and that hopefully they arent too hard to please!
I have asked for donations, and people have been rather generous. But, for right now, until I'm a bit more established, I'll just stick with the basics, do the best job I can, and hope that what I turn out is liked enough to make me a bit of a side income. If I start to get overwhelmed or starts to feel like another job, then I'll probably change my mind.
Thanks for the kind words. I do appreciate them.
